After the successful completion of a number of major projects including the 500 acre waterfront community the Moorings of Vero Beach and the 900 acre Grand Harbor Chris Blackman joined the Ocean Club Development Company as a Vice President of marketing and sales for the 802 luxury apartments at the Ocean Club, Key Biscayne.

After completion of the Ocean Club Chris and his team at the Ocean Club Realty turned their attention to the resale and rental of Ocean Club and Key Biscayne condos and homes.

Subsequently Brown Harris Stevens a major broker in Manhattan since 1873 purchased Ocean Club Realty. BHS specializes in the sale and rental of luxury Properties with offices in Manhattan, The Hamptons, Palm Beach and with several offices in South Florida where BHS is one of the Premier Brokers in the Miami Area.
