Aside from having been an asset manager myself, I have been in the business for nearly a decade. During this time I've handled just about every matter that one can imagine relative to the management,marketing, and/or disposition of REO assets across the board.
I cover the portion of South Florida encompassing Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. In this area I deliver the highest level of services relative to REO properties. The system I have in place allows me to easliy manage maintenance, lawn service, evictions, BPO's, management, clean-ups, board-ups, locksmith, etc.
Over the years I've been challenged with just about every type of property imaginable. It has given me a true understanding of the REO Process from all levels of the playing field, including from the asset manager's point of vue!
